A small female apperishion with a semi- transparent body has been seen pacing slowly at Lake Tahoe Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise.
The ghost of what appears to be a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead has been made out on several occasions watching TV residence on Talbert Street. The houses living occupants have no idea as to who the spirit might be.
